How do I request assistance?

You can request assistance by filling out a ticket submission at https://gethosted.com.au/submit_ticket.

We recommend that if you have used the system before that you first login to your account. This will help you better manage tickets and responses and also allow us to better track your enquiries.

If you have used the system before but can not recall your password then you can reset it by visiting https://gethosted.com.au/lost_password 

Once you have submitted a support ticket you will receive a confirmation by email. Reply times on tickets will vary but are typically within 72 hours.

When we have replied to your enquiry you will receive an email notifying you that there is a response in the system, you can then log in and view our reply. It may also be  good idea to monitor your account and spam folders if you have not received a reply within 72 hours.
